簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要對(duì)唐鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域道路開展維修工程，主要工程內(nèi)容為：卡園三路（卡園二路～華東路）：車行道維修4800平方米，人行道維修1681平方米，側(cè)平石翻排556米，道路附屬設(shè)施修復(fù)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:?The main focus of this project is to carry out maintenance work on the roads in the Tangzhen area. The main project includes the repair of 4800 square meters of roadway, 1681 square meters of sidewalk, 556 meters of side flat stone overturning, and the restoration of road ancillary facilities on Jiayuan Third Road (from Jiayuan Second Road to Huadong Road). （5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績(jī)要求：無；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?(3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (5) Having a valid safety production license; (6) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (7) Performance requirements: none; (8) Other requirements: None.
