簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程主要工作內(nèi)容包括：1.成山路（楊高南路-鄒平路）人行道維修工程：人行道維修1899平方米，非機動車道銑刨加罩914平方米，出入口修復807平方米，路緣石新建1500米，道路附屬設施修復等。2.鄒平路（成山路-緯六路）道路維修工程：車行道維修5340平方米，人行道維修1510平方米，出入口修復82平方米，側平石新建408米，道路附屬設施修復等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:?The main work content of this project includes: 1tc. - Road) sidewalk maintenance project: 1,899 square meters of sidewalk maintenance, 914 square meters of non-motorized lane milling and covering, 807 square meters of entrance and exit repair, 1,500 meters of new curbs, road ancillary facilities repair, etc. 2. Zouping Road (Chengshan - Road) road maintenance project: roadway maintenance of 5,340 square meters, sidewalk maintenance of 1,510 square meters, entrance and exit repair of 82 square meters, side flat stone new 408 meters, road ancillary facilities repair, etc. (See the bill of quantities and drawings for specific quantities and requirements.)

（6）擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?(3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names);
(4) It has the qualification of municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 and above;
(5) Have a safety production license (within the validity period);
(6) The person in charge of the proposed project has the professional qualification of a registered construction engineer of the second level or above in municipal public works, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction;
